By booking an appointment or receiving treatment at MelaBody Skin & Body Clinic, you agree to these terms and conditions.
All treatments are provided based on clinical assessment and professional recommendations. Results may vary between individuals. MelaBody does not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment.
Clients must provide accurate medical history and disclose any medications, allergies or skin conditions prior to treatment. Failure to do so may result in adverse outcomes for which MelaBody cannot be held responsible.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Package treatments must be used within 12 months of purchase and are non-transferable.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of skin treatments, refunds are generally not offered once a treatment has been performed. If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
Prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable but may be credited towards alternative treatments at the clinic’s discretion.
Product purchases may be refunded within 14 days if the product is unopened and in its original packaging.
